Privacy
Project information stays project information.
This plain-language summary explains how information submitted through this website is intended to be handled.
Owner review required
This privacy copy requires final review by the Frick Form owner before launch. It describes the configured system but is not a claim of legal compliance.
What is collected
The quote form collects the contact information, project details, service selections, timeline and budget information, written notes, and project files you choose to provide. Basic technical information may also be processed to prevent spam, rate-limit repeated requests, and troubleshoot failed submissions.
Why it is collected
The information is used to evaluate and respond to a project inquiry, prepare a quote, maintain a record of the request, and troubleshoot delivery problems. Submitting a quote request does not add you to a marketing list.
How files are handled
On the current production VM, uploaded files are stored in a private persistent directory. Signed download links are included only in the internal notification sent to Frick Form and expire after seven days. A future serverless deployment may use private Supabase Storage instead.
Service providers
The Google Cloud deployment host processes website traffic and stores current quote submissions and files. Resend processes transactional notification and confirmation emails. Supabase may process submissions and files if that optional storage configuration is enabled in the future. Optional privacy-conscious analytics, if enabled, must not receive form values or file names.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of a quote request or uploaded files, contact flow@frickform.com and include the reference number from your confirmation email when available.
Sharing
Frick Form does not intend to sell submitted information or automatically share it for marketing. Information may be processed by the service providers needed to receive, store, and respond to the inquiry.
